Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
The aforementioned domains (hereinafter “websites”) are owned by the company PROCUBITOS EUROPE (hereinafter PROCUBITOS), headquartered at CALLE LOS MINEROS 19, 28320 PINTO, MADRID, with Tax ID B88073739; it is a company dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of ice.

For what purposes do we use your personal data?
Users are informed that their personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • To process orders, requests, or any type of inquiry made by the user through any of the contact-registration forms provided, regarding general information about PROCUBITOS, companies under its umbrella, distribution centers, marketed brands, and/or services offered through each of our “websites.”
  • To manage the registration of users to send and share commercial information.
  • To manage job applications and/or résumés received through the section https://procubitos.com/trabaja-con-nosotros/ for the purpose of participating in future selection processes for PROCUBITOS.
  • To manage the personal data of users participating in promotions, contests, and sweepstakes organized by PROCUBITOS through websites and/or their social media profiles.
  • To manage access and/or participation in blogs.
  • To send commercial communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means that allow commercial communications to be made. These communications will be made by the controller and related to PROCUBITOS products and/or services.
  • To manage your participation in contests, sweepstakes, events, or other promotional activities. By participating in a contest-sweepstake, PROCUBITOS, with the user’s prior consent, may use their personal data (including their image) for the purpose of publishing it, among others, on its corporate profiles on social networks, on its “websites,” or in any corporate communication that may be sent to third parties with information about PROCUBITOS.   • To manage your subscription to our newsletters, with the purpose of keeping you informed about our products, services, news, or events of PROCUBITOS.
  • To carry out statistical studies.

What categories of data do we process?
On all our websites, the categories of data we process, as a general rule, are identification data: name, surname, postal and email addresses, phone numbers.
If you provide us with your résumé through the “work with us” section, we may process the following data:
Personal identification data provided by job applicants through the website: name, surname, postal and email addresses, phone numbers; identification data issued by public authorities: DNI number; driver’s license number; own vehicle; profession and employment: positions held and area of work; tasks, years of experience; studies and education: academic background, specialization, languages; copy of the résumé; images: résumé photo.
We do not process especially protected data.

Why do we use your personal data?
The processing of your data is based on:

  • The voluntary consent that is requested from you; or
  • In cases where the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which you are a party; or
  • To take steps at your request before entering into a contract, pursuant to Article 6 (1)(a)-(b) of the GDPR.

For how long will we keep your data?
As a general rule, your data will be kept as long as there is mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing and/or as long as you do not revoke the given consent or request the deletion/suppression of your data or oppose the processing.
If you send us your résumé, we may retain it for up to 1 year for future staff selection calls unless you revoke your consent or request the deletion/suppression of your data or oppose the processing.

To whom will we communicate your data?
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties except as provided by law or to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected.
Your data may be communicated to other companies that form part of PROCUBITOS or associated companies for staff selection purposes, if expressly consented by the data subject, by ticking the appropriate checkbox.
We also inform you that PROCUBITOS does not plan to transfer your personal data to a third country or international organization.

Do we create profiles or make automated decisions?
Users are informed that no profiles are created, nor are automated decisions made.

Do we process data of minors?
The services provided by PROCUBITOS through its websites are intended for individuals over 14 years old. The user certifies that they are over 14 years old and therefore possess the legal capacity to provide consent regarding the processing of their personal data, in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In the exceptional event that a service aimed specifically at minors of this age is developed, PROCUBITOS will request parental or guardian consent for the collection of their personal data and/or the automated processing thereof.

What are your rights?
The rights the user can exercise are:

  1. Right to request access to personal data: the user may ask PROCUBITOS EUROPE whether the company is processing their data.
  2. Right to request rectification (if incorrect) or deletion.
  3. Right to request limitation of processing, in which case the data will only be kept by PROCUBITOS EUROPE for the exercise or defense of claims.
  4. Right to oppose processing: PROCUBITOS EUROPE will cease processing the data as per your instructions, unless for legitimate compelling reasons or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
  5. Right to data portability: in the case of automated processing of your data and if you decide that your data should be processed by another entity, PROCUBITOS EUROPE will facilitate the transfer of your data to the new controller, as long as it is technically possible.

How can you exercise your rights?
Users can exercise their rights by postal mail to PROCUBITOS EUROPE at Calle Los Mineros 19, 28320 Pinto – Madrid or via email at info@procubitoseurope.com, accompanied by a copy of their national ID, passport, or other valid identification document.

If the user has any doubts about exercising their rights, they may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es) to resolve any questions. Users may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if they are not satisfied with the exercise of their rights.
